Ghost Pepper Ponzu
The word Ponzu means “Vinegar Punch” in Japanese. The combination of soy sauce, citrus, ginger, garlic and hot peppers makes this a great sauce to add some punch and terrific flavor to sushi, dumplings, egg rolls, or stir fry. It also makes a great marinade for steak or chicken.
